This position is located in the Technology Business Management (TBM) Division within the IT Financial Management (ITFM) Directorate of the Office of the Chief Information Officer (OCIO) for the Library of Congress (Library.) The incumbent reports to the Chief of the Division and is responsible for operations, policies, procedures, and subject matter expertise on a wide variety of cost estimation in relation to a product or service.  The incumbent will be responsible for the collection and analyzation of data in order to assess the time, money, materials, and labor requirements of broad and complex scope.
