The Management and Program Analyst position is located within the Center for Learning, Literacy and Engagement (CLLE) within the Office of the Librarian and reports directly to the Chief, Program Administration. The incumbent provides program planning, research, analysis and assessment; reporting, briefing and presentation support; and managing, facilitating and tracking various programs and activities; and carries out special projects for the Offices of the CLLE to support leadership decision making, program development and program performance assessment.  The work provides CLLE’s leadership with objectively based information for program and operations decisions and provides technical, organizational and project management support to CLLE management and others within and outside CLLE.
