This position is located in the Logistics Services Division, Integrated Support Services Directorate, Chief Operating Officer.

The Management and Program Analyst works under the general supervision of the Director, Integrated Support Services (ISS), or a person delegated with that authority. Assignments are made in the context of broadly defined management requirements. Incumbent is given wide latitude and discretion, as well as considerable responsibility and concomitant authority, in carrying out assignments. Provides professional and technical assistance, and staff support to ISS Directorate. Plans and executes projects and assignments that vary in scope, including, but not limited to, implementing new information technology (IT) software applications, requirements analysis and development, and configuration management. Maintains and continues development of the ISS performance measurement infrastructure to track service improvement over time. Work products receive minimum review, generally pertaining to their overall contribution to the Directorate's effective operation and support of the mission and goals of the Library and ISS. Significant evaluative standards include thoroughness, quality of results, and timeliness of completion. The position is confidential.
