The position is located in the Signature Programs Office, within the Center for Learning, Literacy, and Engagement (CLLE), a part of the Office of the Librarian, at the Library of Congress. The Program Specialist assists in setting the tone for the Library’s overall programmatic agenda, by building or advising on individual programs and program series, requiring: program strategy, planning, management, execution and evaluation.
