The American Folklife Center Archive at the Library of Congress offers researchers access to the songs, stories, and other creative expressions of people from diverse communities. The collections include oral histories of the civil rights movement, stories of veterans from World War I to present conflicts, and conversations recorded through StoryCorps. Stop by the Library’s Programs Lab to hear selections from these recordings and get tips for preserving your family’s story.
