Join the Library for a Human Rights Day panel to discuss efforts to create legislation, regulations and treaties governing accessibility standards worldwide. Panelists include Rep. Debbie Dingell, Jason Broughton, director of the National Library Service for the Blind and Print Disabled, Andrew Foglia from the U.S. Copyright Office, and Elin Hofverberg, a specialist in the Law Library of Congress.
