Biography

Ken Burns is the award-winning director, producer, and co-writer of more than 10 critically acclaimed historical documentaries. His films include “Brooklyn Bridge,” “Baseball,” “Jazz,” and “The Civil War.” He is co-author, with Geoffrey Ward, of “War – An Intimate History, 1941-45” (Knopf, 2007). Burns will appear in the History & Biography Pavilion.
