April 18, 2002 Library of Congress Buildings Closed to Tourists on April 20

All three Library of Congress buildings on Capitol Hill will be closed to tourists on Saturday, April 20, because of planned demonstrations.

The buildings will, however, be open to staff and researchers and for already scheduled meetings and conferences, during the usual Saturday hours of 8:30 a.m. to 5 p.m.
