Robert Slater, business journalist and author, will discuss “The Hazards and Joys of Writing Books on Donald Trump and Martha Stewart: One Author’s Perspective” at the Library of Congress at 11:30 a.m. on Tuesday, Oct. 25, in the Mumford Room on the sixth floor of the James Madison Building, 101 Independence Ave. S.E., Washington, D.C.

Sponsored by the Science, Technology and Business Division, the event is free and open to the public; no reservations are required. Copies of Slater’s new book, “No Such Thing as Over-exposure: Inside the Life and Celebrity of Donald Trump” (Prentice Hall, 2005), will be available for purchase. A book signing will follow the lecture.

Slater’s new book, “Martha: On Trial, In Jail and On a Comeback,” is due out January 2006.
