June 14, 2015 Independence Day Holiday Schedule

The Great Hall, exhibitions and Library Shop only in Thomas Jefferson Building of the Library of Congress will be open from 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. on Friday, July 3 and Saturday, July 4.

The James Madison Memorial Building, John Adams Building, the Young Readers Center and all reading rooms will be closed to the public on both days in observance of the Independence Day Holiday.

Visitors may enter the Jefferson Building through the upper and lower level entrances on First Street, SE, as well as the tunnel from the Capitol Visitor Center. All other entrances, exits and tunnels will be closed.
