  • -  Bonnie S. Benwick is deputy food editor of The Washington Post, where she has worked since 1989, in the Style section, the main news desk and in Outlook. In 2004, she made it to the Food section, which was where she had always wanted to be. Benwick writes the weekly Dinner in Minutes column, in addition to supervising all recipes, editing features, reviewing cookbooks and managing photo shoots. In 2012, as interim Food editor, she put together "The Washington Post Cookbook: Readers' Favorite Recipes," which was published in April this year. It's the first cookbook The Post has produced in all its years of food coverage.
