- - Déborah Holtz is a Mexican editor and writer best-known for her book "Tacopedia". She is the founder of Trilce Ediciones, a publisher which provides an avenue for independent writers and is known for its popular culture art books, poetry, children's books and essays. Holtz is also the president of Mexican Alliance of Independent Publishers, which is the only association of independent publishers in Mexico and was founded in 2005. Since 2012, she has been the anchorwoman of a radio show called Salsajazzeando, a program about a variety of Latin music styles including jazz, salsa, bungaloo and Caribbean rhythms. Holtz's "Tacopedia" is the ultimate reference on taco culture and features the principal types of tacos, recipes, interviews with taco creators, origin stories, photographs, illustrations, graphics, maps and more that bring the vibrancy of the taco, and its homeland, to life.
