Program Audio Visual Conservation

ARRIVAL: The Packard Campus address is 19053 Mount Pony Road, Culpeper, VA 22701. Please do not arrive at the Packard Campus more than 30 minutes prior to your scheduled tour. There are 134 parking spaces so carpooling is strongly suggested. All spots are open to anyone except the designated handicap spaces.

WHAT DO I DO WHEN I ARRIVE? When you enter the building you will go through metal detectors and then you will see our check-in table. Check in with the volunteers at the table for your tour, which will be called at the scheduled time.

BELONGINGS: Please do not bring any large bags into the building; those items are best left in vehicles. Keep in mind that we have metal detectors that you are required to pass through every time you enter so please limit what you bring into the building. Security protocol demands that they check the contents of every bag and item taken out of the building. To help make this process quick and easy we ask that you please DO NOT bring in any CDs, DVDs, books, films or anything else that may appear to have come from the Library’s collection.

TICKETS: Reserve a free ticket for the main tour, building tour and facts, or general admission via the NAVCC Open House registration page for the desired available activity. Tours are limited to 25 people per start time. Open tickets are available until 9:00am on Friday October 7th, or until all slots are filled. There is no need to print your tickets as all check-ins will be done via computer. Please ensure you have the first and last name of the individual who reserved the ticket so event staff can account for you and others correctly. If tours are sold out at the time of registration, then feel free to check back prior to ticket sales closing on October 7th at 9:00pm as spaces may become available prior to the event date. FOOD AND DRINKS: Food and drinks are NOT allowed on the tours or inside the theater. The only place that guests may eat or drink is the main lobby.

CLOTHING: The Packard Campus is chilly year round. It is recommended to bring a sweater or a light jacket. If you are taking the tour then please wear comfortable shoes as the tour is a walking tour.
