Notice: The Library of Congress Collections Management Division will pause fulfilling offsite requests for Manuscript Division collections starting at 2pm on April 24th, 2025. Any requests made after 2pm on April 24th will be fulfilled on April 29th, 2025.
The Manuscript Division separately supports interns and researchers through various Library-wide programs. In addition, the Manuscript Division separately supports through its gift and trust funds other internship and fellowship opportunities only available through the Manuscript Division.
Internship Information
The Manuscript Division provides support for interns through various Library-wide programs and through its gift and trust funds, including the Junior Fellows Program, Hispanic Association of Colleges and Universities (HACU) National Internship Program (HNIP), and the Archives, History and Heritage Advanced Internship Program (AHHA).
Fellowship Information
The Manuscript Division coordinates one fellowship, the National Woman’s Party (NWP) Research Fellowship, which is made possible by a generous donation of the National Woman’s Party in 2020, during the centennial year of the passage of the Nineteenth Amendment.
