LC Archives Finding Aids

The Library of Congress (LC) Archives is a collection of records created by the Library of Congress in the course of its operations, activities, and initiatives. It includes correspondence and memoranda, ledgers and record books, photographs, imprints, recorded sound, electronic records, and documents, among other formats. The records date to 1800, when the Library of Congress was established.
