Vienna's Shoeless Youngsters. Vienna has thousands of shoeless boys and girls American Red Cross clothing has been rushed to the stricken city. These are boys and girls of the destitute "Tenth District" of the once prosperous Austrian capital. Today the factories of Austria are idle because of the lack of raw material. As a consequence the workmen are subsisting on an inadequate pension. Meanwhile the food supplies of the great town are exhausted. Vienna's misery is the greatest of Central Europe.
