Librarian of Congress Carla D. Hayden and LDF President and Director-Counsel Janai Nelson signed a cooperative agreement on June 6, 2023, by which the documents that LDF had previously opened for research use in 2015 could be digitized and presented on the Library's website. Subsequently, LDF Archives Counsel reviewed additional boxes that were still restricted and authorized the Library to post digital scans of any folders cleared for opening. Those newly derestricted items will be added to this website in early 2025.
