The main purpose of the Yearbook is to provide statistical indicators to facilitate international comparisons relating to the manufacturing sector. Part I deals with the manufacturing sector as a whole and with its divisions while Part II consists of a series of country/area-specific tables showing detailed data on selected basic statistics reported by national statistical offices such as number of establishments, number of employees, wages and salaries paid to employees, output, value added, gross fixed capital formation and index numbers of industrial production. The industrial activity data is presented in accordance with Revision 3 and Revision 4 of ISIC.

A database of annual, quarterly and monthly economic indicators and forecasts. Allows access to up to 320 series per country on 201 countries and 45 regional aggregates. Historical and forecast data are updated monthly and include historical data ranging from 1980 and forecast horizons to 2030. Provides comprehensive annual data forecasts and quarterly forecasts for economies covering 75% of global output. Major data categories include economic structure, foreign payments, external debt stock, external debt service, external trade, trends in foreign trade.

Europa World is a compendium of information on countries and international organizations, much of it in the form of statistical data and governmental and organization directories. Each country entry includes a map and flag, an overall profile, statistics (area, population, economy, industry, finance, trade, transport, communications media, education), and directories of government, politics, society and media, and business and commerce. "Organizations" includes government agencies, media outlets, businesses, and non-governmental organizations.

European Union Open Data Portal

The Open Data Portal provides open access to a growing range of data produced by the institutions and other bodies of the European Union. It contains almost 6,000 datasets from EUROSTAT. Other contributors include the European Environment Agency, Joint Research Centre, and Directorate-General for Health and Consumers. Data are free to use, reuse, link and redistribute for commercial or non-commercial purposes.

Online multilingual database containing large time-series and cross sectional data relating to hunger, food and agriculture for 245 countries and territories and 35 regional areas, from 1961 to the most recent year. Included are over one million time-series records covering international statistics in the following areas: production, trade, food balance sheets, fertilizer and pesticides, land use and irrigation, forest products, fishery products, population, agricultural machinery, food aid shipments. It has innovative tools for visualization and basic statistical analysis.

Comprehensive economic and financial time-series database covering 150 countries and 6,500 different data series. Includes data on bonds, commodities, interest rates, stock markets and indices, futures, exchange rates, GDP, prices, and unemployment. World exchange rates back to 1624, inflation rates back to 1748, and wholesale prices back to 1720. Major commodities going back to 1784. Some annual series go back to the 1200s. Methodology and sources are documented. The stock market indices go back to 1693. Also included are data on stock market capitalization, dividend yields, price/earnings ratios, total return performance indices, and Global Financial Data's World Stock Market Indices.

The United Nations Commodity Statistics Trade Database provides data for over 140 reporting countries, in some cases, spanning the last 40 years. The database is the UN official source for imports, exports and re-exports, for 90% of world trade. Users can select countries, products, years and measurements (values are in US dollars and quantities in net weight). Commodities are arranged by both Harmonized System (HS) and Standard International Trade Classification (SITC). Also includes textual information on countries and customs areas. Updated annually.
