The Federal Reserve Bank of Boston is one of twelve Reserve Banks across the United States. Along with the Board of Governors in Washington, D.C., the Federal Reserve Bank of Boston serves as a central bank for the United States. The working paper series presents statistical or technical research conducted by Boston Fed economists and intended for publication in professional journals.
