Publication and other forms of distribution: No known restrictions on publication of works by Goodman and his firm. In Instrument of Gift to the Library of Congress, Dorothy Goodman, wife of Charles Goodman and the donor, dedicated the rights, placing the materials in the public domain. The collection contains some unattributed materials and materials by others, for which the rights status is not known. Privacy rights may apply, however, especially for drawings of residences.

Access: Subject to P&P policy on serving originals.

Reproduction (photocopying, hand-held camera copying, photoduplication and other forms of copying allowed by "fair use"): Subject to P&P policy on copying, which prohibits photocopying of originals.
