There are no known restrictions on the use of original architectural drawings made by Charles M. Goodman. Privacy rights may apply, however, especially for drawings of residences.

Reproduction (photocopying, hand-held camera copying, photoduplication and other forms of copying allowed by "fair use"): Subject to P&P policy on copying, which prohibits photocopying of the original drawings.
Publication and other forms of distribution: In 1998 Dorothy Goodman dedicated the rights to drawings by her husband Charles M. Goodman to the public. There are no known restrictions on the use of original architectural drawings made by Charles M. Goodman. Privacy rights may apply, however, especially for drawings of residences. The rights status of drawings in the Charles M. Goodman Archive by individuals other than Charles M. Goodman is not known.
