Drawings by Franklin McMahon are protected by copyright, with the sole exception of his drawing titled "The Confrontation, Selma, Alabama," which has been placed in the public domain. Privacy and publicity rights may apply.

Access: Subject to P&P policy on serving originals.

Reproduction (photocopying, hand-held camera copying, photoduplication and other forms of copying allowed by "fair use"): Subject to P&P policy on copying which prohibits photocopying of the original artworks.

Publication and other forms of distribution: Restricted. With the sole exception of his drawing titled "The Confrontation, Selma, Alabama," which has been placed in the public domain, Franklin McMahon's drawings are protected by copyright. Works created after January 1, 1978 are protected for the creator's life plus 70 years. Privacy and publicity rights may apply.
