Publication and other forms of distribution: There are no known copyright restrictions on works by Victor Lundy (e.g., sketches, drawings, writings and photographs) in the Victor A. Lundy Archive in the Library of Congress. Mr. Lundy dedicated his intellectual property rights to the public when he gave his collection to the Library. However, privacy rights may apply, especially for architectural drawings of residences. In addition, photographs and documents in the collection made by others may be under copyright restriction.

Access: Subject to P&P policy on serving originals.

Reproduction (photocopying, hand-held camera copying, photoduplication and other forms of copying allowed by "fair use"): Subject to P&P policy on copying, which prohibits photocopying of the original drawings.
