Notes on downloading these files:
- To download these files using Netscape, shift-click on
each link to download to the desired location. Netscape will automatically
rename the catalog and entityrc files as "catalog.html" and "entityrc.html".
These files must be renamed as "catalog" and "entityrc" before they can be
used.
- To download them using Internet Explorer, right click and
select "save target as". IE will automatically rename the catalog and entityrc
files as "catalog.txt" and "entityrc.txt". These files must be renamed as
"catalog" and "entityrc" before they can be used.
