Top Level Element: <fieldOfActivity>
Guidelines for UseIf the entity described is a person, this element can be used to indicate the field of endeavor, area of expertise, etc., in which the person is engaged or was engaged. If the authoritative reference is a corporate body, this element can be used to indicate a field of business in which the corporate body is engaged, its area of competence, responsibility, jurisdiction, etc. This element is optional and repeatable. The element is repeated when the entity has multiple fields of activity. Element DescriptionAttributestype Definition
Optionally, indicates the type of field of activity that is recorded.
Application
The type attribute is a text string and can have any value.
displayLabel Definition
Provides additional text associated with the field of activity if needed for display purposes, such as dates of activity.
Application
Include the preferred text and capitalization, but do not include delimiters such as colons.
