Lists of new and changed subject vocabulary terms, starting with Monthly List 22 (July 15, 2011), are posted at https://classweb.org/approved-subjects/ as they are approved.

- Library of Congress Subject Headings (LCSH)
- Library of Congress Children's Subject Headings (CYAC)
- Library of Congress Genre/Form Terms for Library and Archival Materials (LCGFT)
- Library of Congress Demographic Group Terms (LCDGT)
- Library of Congress Medium of Performance Terms for Music (LCMPT)

Changes to existing headings are indicated by an asterisk. (A) indicates proposals that were approved before the editorial meeting. (C) indicates proposals submitted by cooperating libraries.
On LCSH lists that were posted prior to August 8, 2007, diacritics and most special characters are not displayed. Beginning with List 32, 2007, diacritics and special characters are shown on each list.
The summary of decisions made at editorial meetings (when applicable) is included at the end of each list.
Currently there are generally twelve approved lists for each subject vocabulary each year. Prior to LCSH List 21, 2011, there were generally fifty-one LCSH lists each year, with no list published for the final week of December.
