LOC Learn is the Library’s Learning Management System. With LOC Learn you can access both online learning activities and instructor-led training classes within the same system.

Note: LOC Learn works best in the Google Chrome or Microsoft Edge browser. Internet Explorer (IE) has functionality limitations (it currently does not display the buttons on the top menu bar). With IE you can still access most features from the main options on the home page, but it is recommended that you open LOC Learn in Chrome or Edge for a better navigational experience. We do not recommend using FireFox.

Transcripts
LOC Learn has been loaded with all of your previous activity completions from both LOC SkillPort and the OLC. You now have only one LOC official transcript, in LOC Learn.
Home Access
If you are using LOC Learn on your home computer, we recommend the following settings to ensure your computer’s compatibility with LOC Learn:
- Microsoft Windows 7, Win 10 or later
- Monitor Resolution of 1024 x 768 or higher
CAUTION: You may have a pop-up blocker installed on your computer, which prevents some online courses from functioning properly. Pop-up blockers prevent advertising sites from opening windows without your consent. Sometimes they block good sites, too. When you try to open a course, you might see a message that says “We have attempted to launch your course in a new window, but a popup blocker is preventing from opening it. Please click the below button to relaunch the course.” If you see this message, click <START>.
Note: Contractors (non-LOC employees) are only allowed to access required online courses and instructor-led classes in LOC Learn.
