The following is required training for all Supervisors and Managers as part of the Supervisor Development Program.
Note: Supervisors can check their transcripts in LOC Learn for the applicable course code to ensure completion has been credited. Some courses have equivalencies which count towards completion of that requirement, as indicated below.

New supervisors should ensure that they have completed the required training for all Library of Congress staff.
HUMAN RESOURCES COMPETENCY TRAINING
Human resources competency training includes a mix of classroom and online training that is required as part of completion of the new supervisor and manager probationary period (see LCR 9-532). Supervisors should complete the online courses and register for upcoming classroom training in LOC Learn.
