Serials Subscription Services
Make FEDLINK your one-stop shop for serials subscription services, managing all of your subscriptions via a single FAR-compliant order with a trusted FEDLINK vendor. Orders may include print and/or electronic subscriptions for serial publications (such as newspapers, magazines, and professional journals), along with optional support services like MARC records and usage reports.
Through our assisted acquisitions program, FEDLINK manages the entire ordering process on your behalf — from gathering requirements and competing vendors to invoicing and performance monitoring. Let FEDLINK simplify serials management so you can focus on your agency's mission.

How to Get Started
FEDLINK has three types of serials orders:
- Micro-purchases ($15,000 or less):
As of October 1, 2025, orders with an annual value of $15,000 or less can proceed without a competition. To get started, request a quote from any of the vendors listed above and send the final quote to [email protected]. - Competitions (over $15,000):
To begin new service with an estimated order value over $15,000, a competition is required. To get started, complete the Serials Competition Form and send it to [email protected]. - Option Year Renewals (over $15,000):
Option Year Renewals are for members with an active FEDLINK serials order (over $15,000) who are preparing to renew. To get started, request a renewal quote from your vendor and send it to [email protected].

Customer Reminders
All orders require funding with a current interagency agreement (IAA). Submit your Registration Form to [email protected] today to begin the IAA process.
As a FEDLINK customer you are required to notify FEDLINK if you do not receive the products or services ordered. Review your FEDLINK monthly statements and invoices for accuracy. If there is an invoice discrepancy, notify FEDLINK immediately.
