744KB] - The Immigration Reform and Control Act requires all appointees (including U.S. Citizens) to prove their identity and authorization for work in the United States. Acceptable documents of proof are listed on the form itself. All new hires must present their completed I-9 Employment Eligibility Verification Form and identification documentation to the Human Capital Information Center in LM-107 no more than 3 days after Entry on Duty (EOD). The Human Capital Information Center's hours of operations are Mondays through Wednesdays from 10-1. - Federal Tax Withholding [Form W-4] [

93KB] - This form is used to determine your acceptability for Federal employment. - Security Forms for Background Investigation - Appointees must complete security forms in order to undergo background investigations by the Office of Personnel Management to determine their suitability for employment, and if needed by the position, security clearance eligibility. The only exceptions are appointees occupying temporary appointments of less than 180 days (aggregate) and those individuals who already have been investigated by the Federal government and whose investigations meet timeliness and other requirements.
